So, most of you know that I have started running again in an attempt to lose weight. I have customized a program in an attempt to consider the STL half marathon April 6th. My only hold up is my nagging back pain [I need a visit to Beth Wieman] and I am going to be returning from Thailand that weekend. Anyway, I am going to insert a running log for anyone to track against and see how much faster they are than me.
